Processing Time
All orders are carefully handmade or prepared upon order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Personalized items may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. We may require a photo of the damage. Personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is a production error.
